CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
The website is intended for use by customers anywhere in the world, and accordingly these Terms shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, South African law, and the courts of South Africa shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Site.

GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.

These Terms cannot be varied except in writing by a director of Farmer First Group. Nothing said by any employee or agent of Farmer First Group will be capable of varying these Terms.
